Do you only cover the UK?

Our centre of gravity is the UK and Ireland, but we regularly support European mandates for clients with cross-border portfolios — particularly in solar, BESS and floating offshore.

Will you take a role on contingency?

For most mid-level and contract roles, yes. For Heads-of and above, we'll always recommend a retained or exclusive engagement — the search depth required isn't sustainable on a contingent basis.

How quickly can you produce a shortlist?

Our standard SLA is a calibrated shortlist within 14 working days of a signed brief. For urgent contract cover, we frequently turn around CVs inside 48 hours.

Do you work with start-ups and developers pre-revenue?

Yes — a meaningful slice of our work is helping early-stage IPPs and OEMs make their first technical and commercial hires. We're comfortable shaping job specs from scratch.

What happens if a placement doesn't work out?

Permanent placements come with a tiered rebate scheme; in 7 years we've replaced fewer than 3% of hires free of charge. We'd rather get it right first time.

I'm a candidate — will my CV be shared without consent?

Never. We won't submit you to a client until we've discussed the specific role, the package and your motivations. Confidentiality is the default, not the exception.
