Do you cover both permanent and freelance?

Yes — roughly 60% of our M&E desk is permanent placement, 40% day-rate contract. Many clients use us for both inside the same programme.

Can you support a major project ramp-up?

Frequently. We've staffed entire delivery teams — typically 8–20 hires — for data-centre and life-sciences programmes, with phased start dates aligned to the schedule.

Do you only place with Tier-1 contractors?

No. We work with main contractors, M&E sub-contractors, consultancies, developers and end-clients. The brief drives the relationship, not the logo.

How do you vet technical competence?

Our consultants conduct a structured technical screen — covering scope, software, sectors and project scale — before anyone reaches a hiring manager. Where appropriate, we'll arrange a peer technical interview at our cost.

What's your fee structure?

Standard permanent fees apply for contingent work; retained search is engaged in three milestone instalments. Contract margins are transparent and disclosed up-front. No hidden uplifts.

I'm contracting — can I trust you with my rate negotiation?

Yes. We disclose our margin, negotiate openly and never undercut you to win a placement. Most of our contractors have been with us for multiple assignments — that doesn't happen if you play games with rates.
